What else gets more attractive and trendy than Fafi’s artworks? For a brief reference, Fafi is a French graffiti and fine arts person painting aggressive girl characters that bring out new graphic language. Her multi-faceted work was all documented in her books that later became successful prints in museum libraries and selected shops.
With Adidas, Fafi explored the world of sneakers by applying her art skills, thus designing two Originals models became a part of her brushes and tin cans. The Adidas Originals Excstasy Hi and Honey Mid were lucky enough to feel Fafi’s touch.
Witnessing the Excstasy Hi in a glittering module makes it easier for everyone to conclude that this shoe was exclusively crafted for femme. Multi-colored series of sequins fully cover the side and quarter panels. Purple premium leather neatly wraps up the toe and heel areas while the mudguard, tongue and parts of the collar come in Teal. An overlay of Blue does another complement. On the heel is a longhand text that reads, “united” and the tongue prompts a glittering Gold Adidas leaf logo and Black embroidered Fafi branding.
Another amazing design also took place on the Adidas Honey Mid which comes simpler than the first pair in a White canvas base with silkscreen-printed letters from the artist’s name in both pastel and bright colors. And to finish the pack, Fafi-inspired shoe boxes were provided with accompanying tote bags.
